These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of software packages and related services from Scott Labs ("we," "us," "our"), reachable at scott-labs.com. By purchasing a package or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Scott Labs is an authorized software reseller. We provide e-commerce software, marketing automation tools, AI tools, and implementation services in the packages described on our site. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and configurations we deliver for your own business operations. Package contents, features, and availability may be updated over time.
Package prices are quoted as one-time fees for the scope described. Fees are due as set out at purchase and are payable in full unless a written payment arrangement is agreed. Certain third-party services (for example payment processing, messaging, or hosting provided by others) may carry their own separate fees that are your responsibility. Applicable taxes may be added.
A full refund is available only within 72 hours of purchase and before implementation has begun. After that, all sales are final. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your business and your communications with customers.
To deliver your package on time, we need your cooperation. You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to accounts and assets we need, and prompt review and approval of deliverables. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you provide and for maintaining your own account credentials and any required licenses or permits for your business.
The underlying platform, software, and tools remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. Configurations, store content, and materials you supply remain yours. Upon full payment you receive the license to use the delivered configuration for your business as described in Section 1. You may not remove or obscure any proprietary notices in the software.
We provide business software and setup services. We do not promise or guarantee any specific income, revenue, sales, profit, or business result. Any examples are illustrative only. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, effort, and execution. Nothing on our site or in these Terms is an income claim or an earnings guarantee.
We will perform our services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except as expressly stated, the software and services are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Where a delivered component does not work as described, our commitment is to repair or re-deliver it as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scott Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or relating to the software or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the package giving rise to the claim.
These Terms apply from your purchase and continue while you use the software or services. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted at scott-labs.com at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Scott Labs regarding the services and supersede prior discussions. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction where Scott Labs is located, under its applicable laws.
